OK, to embed a video...

1. Only available in full edit or new post modes
2. Use the 'Insert a Video' button in the editor
3. URL to use: Right click the Youtube video - choose 'Copy Video URL' - eg https://youtu.be/vydym4wh9Qo

Embedded images and videos is Forum level setting that needs to be turned on for each forum. I have enabled it in the Music forum only for now to see how it goes in practice...
