Norton seems to be messing up it's SSL certificate for Xtra email, had a couple of clients this week with Thunderbird no longer collecting email from Xtra servers, citing errors with the certificate, signed by Norton...

Uninstall and reinstall Norton seems to sort it out...

Ive had people having similar issues recently with yahoomail and slingshot, I wonder if its the same issue or not?
