I put Dire Straits on the tv via youtube yesterday, an entire live concert, as I stripped the bed, did the usual dusting and fluffing and vacking and remade it, and it did make the whole exercise much more fun. Until Brothers in Arms came on, that always makes me cry. But I love it, lol.

What led to the DEMISE of Laurel Canyon’s Freewheeling Society of Sex and Rock n Roll?
https://www.youtube.com/live/YZsL4UfSlSQ This is well-worth watching, I knew lots of it but there were plenty of interesting smatterings that I did not know or had never heard before, really recommended for anyone who grew up during the 60's and loved the music of the times. I knew lots of the artistes of those times were connected by being in Laurel Canyon but I didn't realize how many. It brought back lots of memories of those times for me. I loved this song from the Mr Tambourine Album, Gene Clark wrote it, I wonder if it was about Joni Mitchell? The Byrds "Here Without You" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DQpgg2oFQSY The Byrds - "I'll Feel A Whole Lot Better" - 5/11/65 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5cuWjHoEB0Q Gene Clark also wrote this song Eight Miles High - The Byrds {Stereo} 1966 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I_xx5gxz5zA https://popdiggers.com/gene-clark-the-by...roduction/
