Drs confront Health minister

Drs concerned about what appears to be a hiring freeze have told the minister that its not true that the hiring freeze isn't affecting front line staff. Matt Doocey has said that he'll step in if that is the case.
He said that mental health is a priority & there is no impact.

You'd think that fixing the health system would be at the top of any govt's list; instead,they seem keen to ignore it as far as possible. 

Perhaps their salaries should be linked to the lowest wage/benefit...

If people start dying because they can't get to hospital I would say that is a fairly big problem for New Zealand, not just St John
