I think, as he's a persistent offender, a year or so in jail is indicated.

He knew the rules as we all did, he broke them deliberately, and hasn't even the guts to be honest about it. Says it all really.

I think he could benefit from a lengthy stint working in the kitchens at the City mission, provided he's prevented from any preaching; that or cleaning the loos.

He would at least be doing some good for others then, might make a nice change.
