Activists scale building in Rolleston

Rolleston is incidentally, not in Christchurch...
 
Peace Action Otautahi says the building they've scaled manufactures weapons. Barret Firearms Manufacturing is an Australian owned, American based company. The aim is to highlight the killing of innocent civilians with weapons supplied by the company. Their customers include sports shooters, law enforcement agencies & the U.S. military.

I very much doubt we will ever have a world without weapons. And as someone from a military family, who who has held a gun licence, and used rifles and pistols, this is one kind of activism I think is a waste of time, and energy.

I wish it was different, but... it isn't.
