Eset module update failed

Hi Wainuitech. Wondered if you could give me some advice on my Eset program. It says it can't connect to the server. Last update was done on 15/4/2025. I renewed it until 9/2025.

Usually, if an update fails, I reboot the Computer and try again manually by opening Eset, Updates, and checking for updates at the Bottom Right. Usually, it goes then.

Sometimes, though, the updates are very slow, its not your connection; it seems like it lags, appears to stop, then will take off again, as if parts are downloading, takes a breather then carries on.

Assuming you can get on the internet it should connect - Just tried manually updating mine - worked ok.

go into Eset settings, then advanced settings button down the bottom, then update on the left...
Hit the 'Clear' button to Clear the Update Cache

Then give windows a restart and it should sort it out...

Otherwise, if that doesn't work there is also the option in the same place to Rollback the modules...
