Well, a large number did yes, but not quite all of them by a long shot. Divide and rule though is in the Project 2025 handbook, and violence was a big part of that strategy. It is very hard though to fight for or against anything of value without resorting to violence...

they voted for him California is primarily a Blue state so no they didn't vote for Trump for the most part.
Trump is going the right way to instigate a civil war. His strategy of fostering chaos is part of his usual strategy to instill fear and unrest so he can then exert force to quell the activity and seem strong. The actions of a dictator or fascist rather than the leader of the worlds most powerful democracy.

Yes Trump is going after California because it is a Democratic Party State. Fourth largest economy in the world, just overtaken Japan, he's a very stupid man. He's going to bring down America's economy to a lower level of operation, lose the war in Ukraine, and Gaza will remain a fiasco, his tariff non tactics with China are already causing a shortage of rare earth magnets in America, affecting car manufacturers, a serious problem, he was a confidence trickster, swindler, real estate agent in New York most of his life, and not too good at that.
Because he is a simple minded straight forward person he sees everything in the world as simple and easily understood with a bit of thought and thereby lies the main problem since even the simplest things in reality are always complicated and a lot of things cannot even be modeled well enough to design strategies and ways to negotiate the future challenges, just have to guess and hope for the best with a humble heart. Hang on to the gains already made, not bargain badly and lose previous triumphs of previous administrations.
Couldn't be a worse person to be in charge of America at the present time and into the future.
A stupid man with a huge ego, so stupid he doesn't even know his own limitations, even my dog Stella knew hers.
To get rid of him there may have to be Civil War, he may have set the process in motion in California by his mismanagement of the situation so far, the Marines firing on American Citizens might just do it, if that happens.

Birds of a feather etc, it seems that is very true and Trump is a catalyst to even more of the behaviour, lol. He is gathering together idiots who are quite lost in the world but like to put up a front that they seem to know it all and will follow Great Leader Trump the know-it-all, I mean look at Felon Musk whose eyes suddenly were opened to the real world.
