"Experiencing interruptions?"  

I get this pop up randomly when loading Youtube vids;  it appears for a few seconds with black screen spinning, then goes off and the vid starts ...

Anyone else getting this?  

Probably it has something to  do  with ad blocks extensions.  

Using Firefox with Ublock Origin. I tried to update my Ublock Origin but the update button is greyed, can't update.

That's not right, go to the shop and reload ublockorigin again, Remove it then Add to Firefox again.

Or find it in addons search and do the above

The top-rated one by Raymond Hill and with 8 million users is the genuine one.

The other is concerning, clearly fake, and is quite possibly malware of some kind.
