That'll get up some noses, won't it? Most popular politician ever it seems, only 27 % disagree.
Well there's always a few jealous souls...

they must have asked the thousands of people who’s lives she single handily saved or the thousands of people she dragged out of poverty or the thousands of people she housed.
its a pity she didnt hang aground NZ long enough to enjoy the fruits of her labours but unfortunately she left us to earn millions of dollars, and hang out with her rich mates i wonder if the NZ taxpayers are still paying for her airfares, security, etc

Looks like people don't like the grumpy, racist, culture war approach of the current bunch of fools...

I am hopeful that a seachange is underway, and not just here. The way Israel - under Netanyahu, for example, is now being viewed in the international media is definitely changing, primarily because of the horror that is Gaza, but the bombing of Iran is certainly helping. The way so many respected opinion makers are talking up Ardern's political philosophy, and leaders like Mark Carney calling for cooperative transitions away from the established multinational reliance on the US in trade, defence, and politics - these are all signs for me of a slow moving evolution.
But then, I am an optimist by nature.

you are a child living with your single parent mother
her boyfriend moves in
to buy your affection he promises to buy you a puppy, a horse and to take you to Disney land
in fact he promises all the neighbourhoods children puppies, horses and trips
he has no money but mortgages your mothers house to pay for his promises expecting she will pay
your mother kicks his broken arse out
Your mother gets a new boyfriend and he moves in
for the next 3 years the neighbourhood kids are banging on the door wanting their puppies , horses and trips
that children is how politics works
