Windows XP error reporting still working..

you can't activate XP officially any more but apparently the error reporting line is still working...

I was asked to recover the data from this old HP beast.  Found out why they stopped using it back in the day; slow as fuck thanks to Nortons and AVG...

Norton and AVG? That's a bad combination!
Probably has little RAM to top it off.
I recently saw someone still using a machine running XP and it was still doing error reports, only reason they wanted an upgrade was because chrome no longer worked for their banking being so out of date!
I question whether Microsoft actually did anything beneficial with it in the day, we were always seeing common errors pop up and nothing ever seemed to get fixed despite countless submissions.
