Covid & Kiribati
#1
It would seem that missionaries are still taking diseases into isolated nations. I had thought that  it was an 18th century issue.

Bloody hell! You'd think they might have the sense to leave off attempting to convert people to their views until covid eases off a bit.

To be fair, some may be returning home. But there seems to be a lack of care about importing disease into a vulnerable population.

Irrespective of why these people went to Kiribati, it appears that measures were taken to ensure passengers were free of covid before the flight. They were in pre-departure quarantine, from December 31st, they had 3 covid tests in that time and any positive cases excluded from the flight, and all were vaccinated.
