Anyone have experience of pulse oximeters?

I note they are available at a wide range of prices. Are the cheap ones any good? Anyone bought one recently, and have a recommendation?
I do have other cameras!

I bought one off TM a while ago and asked a health worker if it was working OK and they said it was. I think they'll all much of a muchness.
Can't remember what I paid but was fairly cheap.

I got a cheap one a while ago. I'd been thinking about it and saw someone from the medical profession saying that the cheap ones were pretty good. I haven't had an opportunity to compare the results and the SpO2 seems a bit random at times but settles to something that seems meaningful if I sit for a few minutes.

Thanks for the advice, everyone. I've ordered a cheap one - we'll see how it goes.
