i missed this guys appearance, looks like it would have been a giggle.
poor sod is suffering some mental shortcomings surely?
should he be in the dock or the hospital?

What did Phil whatshisface have to do with this or was it about his previous court apperance?
just the courthouse being a place where fun shit goes down in tauranga. the circus around his meth use, hookers etc etc. now this chap is down there playing up.

Apparently the threatening to kill charge Richard Sivell is facing has a maximum sentence of 7 years in jail... Yet it's almost like he sees the law the same way 5 year olds do in a game of cowboys and indians...

"Care in the community" has a great deal to answer for imo.
Had it been properly funded & staffed it could probably worked very well, but just turning people out in the street has had some dire results.
