The second part of this documentary airs tonight. The first was last night & as I saw how much gangs now are involved with dealing meth, I was once again convinced that this country should go the way of Portugal & other countries which have decriminalised drugs & now treat it as a health issue rather then a criminal one.

If we did likewise, it would remove a big source of earning for the gangs & make it easier for addicts to get treatment for their disease.

And I agree with her in that inequality is a major cause of people joining gangs; that also needs to be changed & preferably quickly.
