Idiot Tamaki provides much needed comic relief

Albeit inadvertently. Big Grin Rolleyes

Apparently according to the McBishop, the cyclone is all the fault of the wicked people of Gisborne because he has discovered (in the interests of 'research' you understand)  that the people in Gisborne & Hastings have the highest number of porn watchers in NZ & biggest average per capita in the world.

So, clearly this natural disaster is entirely down to the porn watchers. And of course, any woman who has an abortion - & of course, those gays, can't leave them out. Rolleyes

Such complete & utter ignorance, exhibited so very widely & willingly is hilarious & may well provide those who've come through the cyclone & flooding with their first laugh in quite a while - so thank you, Brian Tamaki! Big Grin Big Grin

I wonder how long he spent "researching" on pornhub? Probably a Friday night, Mrs McBish out with the girls - what else is there to...

I remember back in the days of windows XP I used to get more than a few panic calls on a saturday morning because the family pc was 'somehow' infected with a virus ... Thankfully not such an issue now days...
This world would be a perfect place if it wasn't for the people.

An even more scary thought is that he is fully aware but playing a role so that he can make these sort of preachings and pronouncements to the flock/sheep and thus hold power and get dollars as tithes etc.

I've seen him in person walking out of the Chch City Council buildings with his brother, I think, and I didn't get the impression of a fool, cunning and polished is the words that spring to mind.
It's not the least charm of a theory that it is refutable. The hundred-times-refuted theory of "free will" owes its persistence to this charm alone; some one is always appearing who feels himself strong enough to refute it - Friedrich Nietzsche

I have to give him a few brownie points though for the work his 'boys' did in the flooding.

Be so much better if instead of accentuating the negative the Bish followed their example and got his boots muddy.

Well - he'd probably have to do a thorough job, due to being so very inexperienced... Rolleyes

That has to be a strong possibility; preachers of his variety tend to find having a scapegoat group extremely useful & I think he learned his trade from one of those American preachers, Eddie Long, who was accused of luring teen boys into sexual relationships.

It would, wouldn't it - & the same could be said of the gangs. Both missed an opportunity to do good for others & themselves too.
