I got an email from them saying my ID was stolen in their hack.
What bothers me the most is how they have any of my data because ive never even applied for a gem visa card, so am interested to know how they had my drivers licence on record.

I think you would be quite within your rights to ask... The genoapay BNPL was one of their brands?

I discovered they had mine from decades ago when I had a long past paid off HP through Instant Finance...

Good luck to them using that ancient data for anything useful.

Yes I'm going to call on their 0800 number, they have even given me a reference number.
Either way, I've never used any of their products.
