Toshiba is definitely the better specced, other than the RAM

that A6 CPU is pretty average but an I7 is/was a bit of a beast.

Now if you don't mind raiding one for the other you may be able to up the Ram on the Toshiba, depends if it will take 8GB sticks

The other point is Win 10 is end of support in two years and those won't upgrade to windows 11 without some waving of magic wands...
