Can't view IRD assessment.

Can't view my IRD assessment with the following error:

"It looks like your browser has blocked us from opening a window for you. Please make sure you allow popups from this site and try again."

I have disabled both Ublock origin and Adblock Plus for their site.  Using Firefox ver 113.0.2


It was OK for the past years without any issues.   

Suggestions, please.

Presumably you are registered with MyIr. I suggest you phone IRD (hopefully on a day when their automated voice system does not say -too busy to take your call). Their Call back system works. In general, I have found staff very helpful -you might have to be put on hold a couple of times if they have to consult another staff member.A core problem with IRD is that they made redundanty far too many staff to pay for their super expensive IT system which still has lots of problems.
