This doesn't look good, but I don't know how serious putin should be taken, but the guy is clearly loosing it.

Perhaps this may spur someone cliose to Putin to remove him from power. Using nuclear would be lunacy.
in order to be old & wise, you must first be young & stupid. (I'm still working on that.)
