This was the nine year old girl whose father was thankful that, as he thought, she had been killed and not taken alive which he was very fearful of, however it seems she has been returned unharmed; almost a miracle.

That's excellent news - here's hoping sanity prevails & all hostages & prsioners are released. 
After which both sides work towards peace within two years.

Thats great news, looks like hostages have been returned from both sides of the conflict.
