you can run the installation setup exe from a command prompt as such

setup /product server

apparently it looks like it is installing windows server but ends up on the correct home/pro version, and ignores the TPM/CPU requirements

Because it uses the setup exe I guess this only works when using a flash drive and not from the installation assistant... Going to try this shortly...

This method is good for doing upgrades from Win 10 or upgrading to the latest load of Win 11 but not for new installs. Still best for new installs is to make a bootable USB with Rufus.
