So it looks like pilot error not Boeing being lax.

they just said on three news tonight that there is a switch cover for switches on the seats. it wasn't down over the switches and a flight attendant accidentally bumped one of the switches, which shifted the pilots seat forward suddenly...
This world would be a perfect place if it wasn't for the people.

If it was murder or suicide for the whistleblower, it doesn't look good for Boeing either way.
But as far as the LATAM incident, I agree that's unrelated to the poor company culture at Boeing.
