I've read a bit of futuristic fiction & sci fi; that particular evil scenario summons up both Brave New World & 1984 combined with the most twisted sci fi futuristic possibilities.

Any person seriously embracing such harmful, cruel ideas is very likely to be mentally impaired in some way & completley unfit to hold any influence over politics.
