It's not the least charm of a theory that it is refutable. The hundred-times-refuted theory of "free will" owes its persistence to this charm alone; some one is always appearing who feels himself strong enough to refute it - Friedrich Nietzsche

He just seems to open his mouth & talk, with no consideration as to what he's going to say...bizarre.

It's this:

" “It’s not that he lies a lot because to lie, you have to do it consciously. He just can’t tell the difference,” Bolton continued. “So he makes up what he wants to say at any given time. If it happens to comport with what everybody else sees—well, that’s fine. And if it doesn’t comport with anybody else, he doesn’t really care and he’s had decades of getting away with it."

“So in his mind, the truth is whatever he wants it to be. And that’s what you heard today,” Bolton added." "

Celine Dion’s Team Torches Trump Over ‘Titanic’ Rally Song

More craziness and humour associated with Trump and followers:

"The irony of Trump’s team using a song about a sinking ship where most passengers died was not lost on social media users, who immediately took shots at the former president’s campaign."

The simplest explanation is that Trump is confusing mental asylums with political asylum in regards to the immigrant situation he is so hung up on. He seems to often go off on word association based rants so the 'asylum' thing is true to type in that respect.

'Disoriented' Trump alarming insiders and donors after 'series of damaging mistakes'

https://www.rawstory.com/trump-disoriented/

"As the report states, at a recent donor dinner the former president met questions about what is in store now that Trump is facing a surging Harris only to be met with him telling them, "We’ve got to stop the steal,” to the dismay of some of his advisers."

You have to wonder why his mental state hasn't been & even now, isn't being more widely reported.
