Disgusting bullying in the oval Office

The last 10 minutes of this will turn your stomach.   If this is what Trump and Vance regard as diplomacy then WWIII is not far away.

And where are the world's other leaders? Where are their voices? The bully needs to hear those voices, on our behalf. This is terrifying and it is real. That man and his pack of bullies have incredible power.

But so does the rest of the world. Time to speak up.
#3
Where did it get them? What next step have they left themselves? Trump and his cronies have backed themselves into a corner - demonstrating that they are quite ignorant of the world outside the US.
I do have other cameras!

But most Americans are ignorant of the world outside their borders. That was the biggest lesson I brought home after my month in the States. The people are wonderful, the food is awful, and they have no idea the rest of us exist.

Trump is behaving like he thinks he is still participating in some bizarre TV game show. He's an idiot and a bully with no respect for diplomatic protocol. Include a VP with corrupt intent and a press entourage of hand picked Trump supporters and this turned into a complete shitshow with grave consequences for international relations.

This is a long watch but to appreciate how bad it actually was - fast forward to maybe half way -
We have seen both Starmer and Macron hero worshipping him - frightening where it will end

'Discussion' starts at the 2:12 mark. Doesn't take long for Trump to go off on a tangential rant. His mental state is seriously questionable.

Apparently the guy who asks Zelenski about wearing a suit at about 2:43 is Marjorie Taylor Greene's boyfriend. Dodgy

Small minded mickey mouse american christians.
It's not the least charm of a theory that it is refutable. The hundred-times-refuted theory of "free will" owes its persistence to this charm alone; some one is always appearing who feels himself strong enough to refute it - Friedrich Nietzsche

And yet both those leaders have publicly corrected his lies, which he then went on to repeat.

When are our leaders going to speak up?

No doubt our glorious leader has already comdemned Trump & Vance & their behaviour...oh, look a flying porcine overhead.

Both Trump & Vance showing their true colours, bullying someone in a vulnerable situation. Rudeness & arrogance never makes anyone look good.

A 'robust' discussion?

Cowardly weasel words from our PM.

Expected level of comment from our spineless jellyfish in a (poor fitting) suit PM. Don't want to be putting any trade agreements with the US at risk do we Christopher? Totally out of touch with NZ's populace and the international political landscape beyond what he ignorantly sees as opportunities to increase trade.

ok, so on the brink of WW3 and Trumpskis biggest problem is he hasn't been thanked enough... typical narcissist.
This world would be a perfect place if it wasn't for the people.

If you're interested in understanding what's behind Trump and Musk's support and apparent idolisation of Putin this article explains a lot. Use Removepaywall.com if you need to, and the link near the end of this article is also worth following.

There are very few manufacturing jobs left in NZ - many of them that are left are in rural or small town NZ where there are very few opportunities - these jobs are reliant on the US export market staying strong - so let’s hope NZ doesn’t attract Trump’s attention - the lunatic is so vindictive and he sure as hell won’t change his support of Putin because of Luxons opinion so let’s not risk kiwi jobs - public servants in big cities have options sawmill workers in rural HB don’t

No. I cannot agree with hiding from a bully. I was raised by a soldier who in his turn was raised by another, both active warriors who put their lives on the line to stop bullies, who killed to stop bullies. I cannot bow my head and hope I am not noticed so our economy doesn't suffer. For me that is rank cowardice and the thought of it just repulses me.

This is the kind of thinking that got the United States exactly where they are. That kind of thinking will keep them there. That is putting money ahead of people's lives.

Our leader has spoken up, also the leader of the opposition.
Fine words from both; time will tell what the reality might be..

Taking a slightly different view, it may be that the Trump creature has (accidentally) done both Ukraine & the rest of the world a favour in making it crystal clear that he & America cannot now be depended on for supporting Ukraine, & it may be up to Europe & the rest of the world to help.

I sometimes think that it might not be a bad move for most countries to be as self sufficient as possible, at least as far as we can.
