where would you advertise for a boarder/ flatmte i have a vacancy for full board & lodgings for working female whod also do the housework& gardening once a month for very reduced rate but cant find anywhere youd advertise for one allI see is dating sites not what im loking for

You could advertise on TradeMe property, but read the rules first. I don't think you can specify gender, or age, but I could be wrong...
