morning ladies We have a bit of rain, long overdue as the garden is so dry!
Well done with the bed, OHH How satisfying to repair it yourself.
Popeye texted me yesterday asking about the site and saying it was down. I hadn't noticed as my nose was in a David Baldacci book we borrowed from my sister-in-law. We'll be seeing her next week so if I can finish it, she can take it home with her.
I thought today I might have a tutu with this triangle pouch/purse. It's made out of five or six inch squares and I thought it would be a nice little stocking stuffer filled with lollies or small bits and bobs. And it's a good way to use up those scrappy bits of fabric and the gazillion zips I was given years ago.

I'm up to the kotare/kingfisher's tail It has to be stitched before I can finish the flight feathers on the wing as the tail and bum are tucked under the wings. And I need to find a closeup photo of the feet so I can see how the claws look. The photo I am using is dark and it's hard to see them. But overall, it's starting to take shape and if we have a couple of wet days, I should be able to finish it or at least get close to finishing.
Happy crafting
