morning ladies and what a stunning morning it is.
Only one November baby in our family now but a few sprinkle December and most in May.
I'll finish framing the kotare/kingfisher today and maybe start planning the next one. We have a California Quail visit us occasionally. Magnificent plumage but we do feel sorry for him as he is on his own. And we wonder where on earth he came from as we haven't seen quail for well over 30 years. MrK has asked if the next bird can be the quail, so quail it is. But before I start stitching him, I'm going to have a tutu with cutwork for a change.
Still no roses, I suspect this first flush is no-goer and we will have to wait for the next one.
