Aha! So then, I'm older than you by three years.
I don't suppose there's even the remotest chance though, of you - or anyone - doing as I tell you; which is quite lucky really since I'm fairly sure it would be every bit as easy as herding cats. Rolleyes
in order to be old & wise, you must first be young & stupid. (I'm still working on that.)

Ah yes indeed, the dragons. Thank you, Anne McCaffrey & all those who've included dragoons.
Oddly enough, i (like the idiot I clearly am) weakened & did one more little book, this one for the great grandkids & a friend's little granddaughter - & thanks to an idea from a photo of her wee granddaughter with a dragon, I had to include one in the story - not, sadly as gorgeous as the image but a dragon all the same.

I think perhaps that should be on a prominent sign, in very large, very legible lettering.

All I want is a room somewhere
Far away from the cold night air
With one enormous chair
Oh, wouldn't it be luverly?

Lots of chocolate for me to eat
Lots of coal makin' lots of heat
Warm face, warm hands, warm feet
Oh, wouldn't it be luverly?

STOP!!!!!!

You can't eat CHOCOLATE!
It will make you obese and put a strain on the health budget.

Put out that fire you can't burn COAL!
It will heat up the planet! - (besides it will upset the Greens.)

Oh Isn't she so luverly!
A smile is more contagious than a virus. Smile

That song is nearly as old as I am, haven't heard it for ages; Julie Andrews, I think it was.
