How to use it?
SIL made it. I could ask her, no problem, but I'm interested to know if any of you have used it, and how. Be the kind of woman, that when your feet hit the floor each morning, the devil goes "oh crap, she's up".

I made some once, used it in vinaigrettes for various salads. It was nice with avocado and strawberry salad, green salad, tomato salad. Back then there was a fashion for fruity hollandaise sauce with fish, which was okay but I don't think I'd bother now.
If it's not too acidic you could drip a bit on to strawberries or other fruit. |
