and I disagree with it necessarily inflating grocery prices, as we have seen recently supply and demand will always set the price. Farmers mostly have zero input in what they get paid for their produce... The market decides that.
The centralisation of supermarket warehousing has a lot to answer for in terms of the prices seen in the produce aisle.
