I don't know how to cancel Dispute report. I couldn't find anything on TM
any ideas?

I've had similar situations where a Dispute report has automatically triggered a refund of the Trade Me fees for the listing and success fees. In these cases I have just walked away and kept the credit as I can't be arsed navigating through Trade Me's non-user friendly system. My gain their loss and I have no qualms about doing so as they just make it too difficult to correct their own error.
