DEI is the demise of the greens, the Ben Doyle saga is the final nail in the coffin.

Diversity. Equity. Inclusion.

Yeah, very woke, that kind of stuff...

As opposed to the opposite of each, which is what we lived with for so long.  Monoculture. Inequity. Exclusion...

so it doesn't matter wether you are qualified to do the job or even if you are able to do the job as long as your the right flavour

Of course it matters, nowhere in DEI policies is merit subservient to any other quality.

Quite the reverse, if you have been in that position you would know that not only do you have to have the qualifications, they have to be greater than the white male applicant standing alongside.

Look around. The evidence is everywhere in every sphere of our community. Only the blind, or deliberately ignorant cannot see the reality those of us who have fought for DEI policies have been up against for several generations.
