Yeah I just don't get the hatred towards Jacinda, at the very least she was adequate as a Prime Minister and I would say she was very much better than adequate.

I don't know what's wrong with the people who seem to not like her but the hatred involved is beyond credibility, there is something else in the background.

Maybe old fashioned bitter and twisted males from the last century hating a young woman who was better at the job than all the old bastards put together.

I think it's the result of many years of women expanding their role in society - insecure men see that as a threat to their status. The right also felt they were robbed of an election victory in 2017, and we know that they are quite prepared to lie, cheat, and fight mean and dirty to get their way.
