They're close to taking the prize for most devious, underhanded political party ever. I could comment further but not without swearing profusely.. 
The long Neo Liberal con, the regulatory standards bill. Their aim is to enshrine the rights of individuals - particulalry propety holders & business owners, over the collective good of all Kiwis.
This could make it more difficult for govt to regulate harmful business practises or corporate exploitation, even if that's in the public interest.
