Same issue on my side, I have an ASUS motherboard, but I got rid of the ASUS software a long time ago, it's just bloatware, but as evidence suggests, it doesn't even uninstall properly.
The solution is:
Open command prompt as administrator
sc delete asio
del c:\windows\SysWow64\drivers\AsIO.sys
(may not work if you moved it...)
