This control is partly achieved via AIPAC and the huge amounts of funding provided to various members of the US government: their own website proudly proclaims that they "supported 361 pro-Israel Democratic and Republican candidates in 2024 with more than $53 million in direct support through AIPAC".  If anyone on the "payroll" speaks out against Israel, their funding gets switched off, and AIPAC will then sponsor a new candidate to run against them.

Not openly proclaimed (but I believe it just as firmly) is that Israel also have bucket-loads of dirt on a many many public figures, with which they can blackmail anyone tempted to speak out.

You have to wonder that somehow, Netanyahu & his band of b'stards cannot see the awful parallels between their actions & those of the nazis in WW2 in the Warsaw ghetto.
That - or will not.

How people who've themselves been so cruelly persecuted can then persecute others is beyond understanding.

And to deliberately use such corrupt methods to ensure they retain support reeks of them never in any way having taken the time to look at & question, the moral rights ot wrongs of such behaviour.

The system stinks. Dodgy Angry

The thing that disgusts me most though is Israel's leadership's continued insistence on calling itself the victim, while relying on the fact few understand its history, or the role Europe paid not only in its establishment on stolen Palestinian land, but it's populating, with Jews from all over the world, most without a drop of semitic blood in their veins. Or their genes...

It is a complete tragedy, for all involved. The unintended consequences of resolving a burden of guilt and grief...

While they certainly were vctims during WW2, to continue to claim that now is stretching things.

Rather, they seem to have learnt some particularly vile lessons from the nazis & have no compunction about using them on others.
in order to be old & wise, you must first be young & stupid. (I'm still working on that.)
