Blardy hell! Unless they can alter their cars, kids will surely be killed.

Bit of confusion on this for NZers. In North America drivers are required to stop if a school bus is stationery and passengers are getting on off. In NZ the law is to just slow down to 20kmh. 

In the video with a child like dummy being pulled into the path of the overtaking car it would be unlikely that a human controlled vehicle would stop in time to avoid hitting the 'child'. The point being made is more aligned with the Tesla not having stopped for the bus as it should have and as the Tesla is under autonomous control this would appear to be a programming issue in its software so the back room IT crew still have some work to do.
