Dynamic DNS over starlink

no i've always had a static IP address, but I use dynu.com as dynamic dns and they do have a IPV6 option shown in their portal. free for up to four subdomains i believe
   

Have also used Zerotier as well, wee bit of a learning curve and a bit more involved in setting that up ...
Another you might consider is Radmin VPN, which is much like the old Hamachi - also free
