Explain how to create a new thread please, I can't see any "New Thread button" or "Compose", I had put it down to being a Rookie and that I had to gain more points or whatever to be able to post!

If you are lazy like me, you can click on the forum title you want to start a thread in, from the daily posts list or in the intro and the top section has a Start button...
