All depends on the rest of the Computer Specs.
What Graphic Card do you Have ? Edited: (again) Look at the picture it says in the Monitor manual what Graphics support HDR. You can also search Google for HDR not supported in Windows 11. You'll get plenty of options, YOU need to work though and see whats missing on your computer.
