David Cruesno is American born but says his mother crossed into the USA illegally from Mexico but has been working & paying taxes in America for thirty years. The idiot Trump has said that he may do away with a  ruling which made churches off limits for ICE arrests.

Did anyone really believe he's a genuine christian....

He is indeed, & how anyone can be taken in by him is mnd boggling. Yet there is apaprently no shortage of such people & I wonder whether perhaps a better standard of education might have seen a different result in their elections. Not that there seems to have been any outstanding candidate but, possibly someone with an even slightly more realistic outlook might have been better.

The American voters are about to be educated. 

• They will find out who actually pays tariffs - Them.
  
• They will find out who does a lot the menial tasks including in construction and food production - Immigrants.
  
• They will realise that big business and especially insurance companies fully appreciate climate change - LA rebuild.
  
• They will discover that the massive amounts of debris to be cleared after the wildfires will present huge challenges due to its asbestos content.
  
• They are discovering alternatives to services Trump is banning - By moving from Tik Tok to Red Note, and finding China isn't too different to the US in terms of personal freedom.
  

It going to get real interesting as 2025 rolls on.

November's election demonstrates that the great majority of Americans are indeed educated and have their heads screwed on.
Gives me some faith in humanity that people are smart enough to vote based on policy that that benefit from over a candidates skin color, gender etc.
America has spoken, perhaps you should go around asking Americans how they feel.
Most are happy and chose a president for the people who respects their freedoms.
It was a rarity on one news last night when the interviewed the public and couldn't find anyone who was unhappy about trump.

The majority of those interviewed on the TV news that I watched were still living in la la land thinking that Trump was going to lower inflation/prices by imposing tariffs on imports. The ignorance of Trump voters was on full display and there are sure to be very many disappointed and angry Americans in the next four years as that particular chicken comes home to roost.

Ive got friends who live near the border and witness first hand the damage thats been done.
I tend to agree with their view over anyone who lives here and is not affected by their mass illegal immigration and resulting crime, etc.
