Bit of a difference though between punching a kid at a public library and throwing some tomato sauce on an adult being paid to push a very divisive agenda, don't you think?

I don't recall that being reported.
Obviously that is not OK
I also see the ICPA report has found that there was inadequate police at Posies rally and that it was not handled the best.

It looks like the kids unfortunately become a double victim here, there was no motive for them to attack the kids, they were there to protect them.
Probably got caught up with all the pushing and shoving, I don't think it would have been enough deliberate punch.
