It's not the least charm of a theory that it is refutable. The hundred-times-refuted theory of "free will" owes its persistence to this charm alone; some one is always appearing who feels himself strong enough to refute it - Friedrich Nietzsche

The Rolling Stones - Ruby Tuesday (Live at Tokyo Dome 1990) - YouTube

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6c779qwEjhk

Ruby Tuesday was a real person, she was the woman who discovered Jimi Hendrix in America and alerted Chas Chandler of his existence, she was a model but had many relationships with famous group members, as you can hear from the song she was a thoughtful aware person. She was English.

"“Ruby Tuesday” was actually about Richards's one-time girlfriend, Linda Keith, who had left him for another superstar rocker and sent him into an emotional tailspin.

In Life, his autobiography, he says, “Basically, Linda [Keith] is ‘Ruby Tuesday.’ … She went back to New York and took up with Jimi Hendrix, who may have broken her heart, as she broke mine.”"

"A graceful song of pain and despair, 'Ruby Tuesday' was the last great collaboration between Keith Richards and Brian Jones."
