I was a bit late in doing mine the other day, but found it stupid with the two questions asking what is your gender, and what is you sex?
It's basically asking the same question twice!

yeah I thought that was odd, I guess one was what you were born with and the other is how you identify as.  It's a thing nowadays apparently...

We have had the chasers in hi vis gear round here three times now, once for my neighbour who thinks it is a dangerous exercise to fill in forms, and twice for the idiot who refuses to answer his door to anyone official.

It is good to know there are folk in this village even madder than moi.

Asking a similar question in a different way brings out nuances of who people are - eg gender and sex. One is physical, the other how you see yourself. Also I noted that people had a chance to say that they had Maori ancestry but didn't identify as Maori. That's an important one too.
