#1
heres a few, feel free to add more

Scott Watson........no   i remember at the time a off duty cop saw the missing boat but there has been silence from him since

David Tamahere ......no    the cops said he stole the watch and gave it to his son but when the skeleton was found it still had the watch

Mark Lundie.....yes   there is a issue with timing but he is a terrible actor

David Bain.... not sure on that one

Mmmm, ask the locals about Scott Watson... that's a yes from me.
Ditto that Palmerston North creature. Tamahere definitely a no, and Bain? I dunno, too complicated, that one.

Must be hard to live with either way.

Tamahiere - very likely not guilty.

Scott Watson - really not sure.
No idea on the other two.

if watson was guilty and admitted guilt he would have been out by now, police were looking for someone completely different and a completely different boat

seems to me they discovered watson and made him fit a bit like arthur alan thomas

And the cop who planted evidence in the form of a cartridge was never penalised.
Apparently they can do no wrong, which is disturbing...
