Various ancient graves are being dug in Kent & among the finds was a sword from the 6th century in an exceptional state of preservation, with a silver & gilt hilt & leather scabbard.

I was half expecting this, but has come sooner than I thought.
I'm not sure if this is going to be a good move or not, looks like Honda will be forced to pay the debt held by Nissan.

Is there a way to set up a simple will without going to a lawyer?

Of course, it must be a legally valid will!

Pro lifers establish death penalty for abortion

I can't even begin to comprehend exactly how they manage to justify this to themselves or to anyone else, but it must involve some mental gymnastics.

This is blatant & deliberate misogyny. Dodgy

  Gaming system upgrade
Posted by: driftwood - 22-12-2024, 10:46 AM - Forum: PressF1 - Replies (2)

Are there still people out there who use PC gaming systems?
I built up my current one about 8 years ago and it's still going strong.
I am now considering an upgrade.
I haven't kept up with the technology during that time.
To avoid doing a heap of research I thought I would cheat and ask for advice on here.
The system will be Intel and have the ability to run a 32'' 4k monitor at up to 100 frames.
I am happy with my current case and cooling system, so I'm looking for recommendations for motherboard, memory, CPU.
I can work out the other bits myself.
In the past I have found the motherboard to be the hardest choice.

Thanks

Funding cuts to charity particularly felt over Xmas
Posted by: Lilith7 - 21-12-2024, 02:33 PM - Forum: Opinion and Politics - Replies (3)

Fanbleedingtastic. Dodgy

Although, from a govt which has already reduced the cost & quality of school lunches, reduced benefits, cut school bus service in some rural areas, cut support for foodbanks & doles out tax breaks to those doing very nicely thank you, cut the health budget & not bothered to employ half graduating nurses, fired over 9000 public servants & frozen social housing projects, we can hardly have expected them to suddenly exhibit their spirit of Xmas & goodwill to all, especially since its abundantly clear that they appear to be entirely lacking in that particular department... Sad Dodgy
