Kiwi artists work ripped off, sold on Temu
Posted by: Lilith7 - 04-03-2025, 02:21 PM - Forum: News and Current Affairs - Replies (2)

Apparently Temu is the most common site for shopping online. Some people have been succesful in making Temu stop selling copies of their work.

It might get to a stage where no one can put any art or photos online at all.

  Activists scale building in Rolleston

Rolleston is incidentally, not in Christchurch...

Peace Action Otautahi says the building they've scaled manufactures weapons. Barret Firearms Manufacturing is an Australian owned, American based company. The aim is to highlight the killing of innocent civilians with weapons supplied by the company. Their customers include sports shooters, law enforcement agencies & the U.S. military.
