Govt announced it was reviewing plans for a new hospital, & there have been reports of some fairly dire conditions since then. Water dripping through a  light fitting seems less than ideal; I wonder if any of our politiians might appreciate a week or so in Dunedin hospital.... Dodgy

This can run at 20 kilometres an hour, & as far as 50 kilometres. Looking at that footage, I thought these could perhaps be useful in search & rescue situations, especially in hilly & mountainous areas, even if that was only to locate & give food/water/temporary shelter to anyone lost or injured.

Their govt seems to see it as normal now.
